- Adults: Mix one heaped scoop (34 g) with 250 ml to 300 ml of cold water or milk, depending on personal preference.

- Adolescents (10-17 years): Mix two-thirds of a scoop (22 g) with 160 ml to 200 ml of cold water or milk, depending on personal preference.

- Children (4-9 years): Mix one third of a scoop (11 g) with 80 ml to 100 ml of cold water or milk, depending on personal preference.
